Sergio Perez has got a lot of stick after shocking video surfaces of him partying with numerous women after the Monaco GP. It was night for him to celebrate as he registered his 3rd win of his career and 2nd in Red Bull colors. The Mexican has been in rich vein of form for Red Bull this season and that’s what has helped them to be on top of the constructor’s championship despite immense pressure from arch rivals, Ferrari.

Monaco GP has been the holy grail of F1 and it’s a dream for any driver to win in the principality. That same dream was realized for Sergio Perez as he fended off Carlos Sainz to win his first ever Grand Prix. The celebrations were definitely supposed to go deep into the night and that’s exactly what happened. A video has come out which shows Sergio Perez being drunk and getting close to a lot of women.

This hasn’t gone down well with the Twitteratis who have slammed the Mexican left, right and center. To having of the best weekend after his proud feat on the track to being accused of cheating, it has come crashing down. The Mexican had even renewed his contract with Red Bull but despite of all of this, he has been in the headlines for all the wrong reason.

An absolute masterclass from @SChecoPerez.

Apologizes for ‘a bad party’ with ZERO acknowledgement of cheating because the Monaco (Cool Shit Rule) negates any cheating liability.

We may be seeing the emergence of the @1future of F1. https://t.co/xr42hSUCE7

His shameful acts after the Monaco GP forced an apology out of the Mexican driver on Instagram. Sergio Perez asking for forgiveness, wrote, “I have seen the videos that have been circulating about me and I take responsibility for it. It was a bad party that I didn’t know how to control at the level of the person I am.”

Oh no, Checo cheating?!?!? Ups… 😉

“People close to me know my values and the kind of person I am. For those who ask me, we are more united than ever, my wife and I.“

“Thank you all for your love and I apologize to all the people who love me because those videos do not represent me at all,” as reported by dailystar.

The video of him compromisingly close to other women despite being married was shameful and shouldn’t be accepted by a driver who is a role model for so many up and coming youngsters. The driver need to conduct themselves more responsibly keeping in mind that they influence a lot of people.
