Charlotte Flair is heating up Miami cowgirl style in her swimsuit. The WWE beauty shows off her insanely fit figure in an embellished bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. In the Instagram selfies she stands in front of the mirror, rocking a cowgirl hat. How does Charlotte, 37, keep her body strong and svelte? Here are a few of her main health habits.

Charlotte is into bodybuilding and isn't afraid of lifting heavy weights. When she turned 35 she was "like, I want to be in the best shape of my life," she told Muscle & Fitness. "I've done CrossFit and I was really into running in college, but right now I love bodybuilding."

Charlotte also breaks up her bodybuilding by hitting the gym three times a week for regular cardio and HIIT circuits. "I'll cycle with an app where we do 20 seconds on, and 20 seconds off, or I'll ride around the park. We'll do pull ups, dips and push ups before we start the workout," she told Muscle & Fitness.

Charlotte consumes five nutritious meals a day. "It's about portion control," she told Muscle & Fitness. "It depends on what your goals are." An average breakfast would be protein enriched oatmeal. Then, for lunch, she might eat steak with two tortillas and cactus followed by chicken with half a cup of rice, cucumbers, and lettuce for dinner.

Charlotte's husband, All Elite Wrestling star Andrade El Idolo, is her workoutbuddy. The two regularly work out together, sharing their couple sessions on social media. Having a workout buddy makes exercise more fun and helps keep you accountable.

Charlotte works hard, so she allows herself to cheat  – sort of. "I love ice cream, chocolate, cheeseburgers, and tacos, but I have developed a plan that I can enjoy food and not worry about it being labeled bad or not healthy," Charlotte told Food & Beverage. She makes healthier swaps, like eating a cheeseburger on a whole wheat bun and adding avocado. "There is always a way to make the food you love enjoyable, healthy, and a part of your dining routine if you commit to it," she said.
