In case you’re not all that familiar with Tyler’s story, or in case you want a brief refresher to really get your cry on, he’s always had a rough relationship with his father, Butch Baltierra.
Butch has spent the vast majority of his life in the throes of addiction. He’s been in and out of jail for years, and it’s had a big effect on Tyler.
Butch once even sent Tyler a text telling him "I love cocaine more than I love you."
But last year, Butch was released from prison after a particularly lengthy sentence, and he was able to achieve over a year of sobriety.
He and Tyler got really close, and it was wonderful to see.
Unfortunately, in this new clip from next week’s episode of Teen Mom OG, Tyler gets a call from Butch.
