The former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown is a controversial personality. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers and since coming into the league, he established himself as one of the best receivers in the NFL.
However, his career trajectory has gone downhill as his controversial side took over. He was unceremoniously dealt away to the Las Vegas Raiders from the Steelers and since then, he has been in the news for more off-the-field reasons than on-field performances. Brown recently added another incident to his long list of controversies.
Brown recently shared a derogatory and racist tweet on his Twitter account. He wrote:
F*** dem white b******Antonio Brown on X
It isn’t the first time Brown has tweeted something derogatory and vile. Fans have often criticized Brown for his actions and blamed his CTE for his wild tweets. It has become a pattern and fans on social media are roasting Brown for it.
Brown was drafted in 2010 and played in the NFL till 2021. He last played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and had an ugly exit from the Bucs as well. He did win a Super Bowl with them in Tom Brady‘s first season with the team back in 2020. However, since his exit from the team, he hasn’t played in the NFL and currently owns the Albany Empire team in the National Arena League.
Fans slam Antonio Brown for his derogatory and racist tweet
The controversial former NFL player, Antonio Brown recently posted a derogatory statement on his Twitter account. It was a racist tweet that did not go well with the fans at all on social media. This isn’t the first time Brown has posted a derogatory statement on his Twitter account and fans have slammed him previously as well.
Some blamed his antics on CTE and said, “CTE so early in the morning ????” Others hilariously roasted the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver for his tweet and were genuinely confused by his statement. Here are some of the reactions to Brown’s bizarre tweet.
Brown also recently went after former Dallas Cowboys legend Michael Irvin from snubbing him from his best-ever wide receivers list. He called Irvin a “PlayerHater” and insinuated drug use on Irvin’s part and issued a threatening message. Brown hasn’t played in the NFL since 2021 and there is little chance that he will ever play again.
