Candace Parker had cheated on ex-NBA player Shelden Williams with her new wife Anna Petrakova while in Russia
Married with ex-NBA player Shelden Williams for 8 years with both having a 12 year old daughter Lailaa Nicole Williams as well, Candace Parker decided to call it quits. It was down to her being enamored with Russian basketball player Anna Petrakova with the two marrying each other two years back.

What lead to the two who had gotten tied in unison in 2008 is still unknown but social media users have now dug deep and have unearthed the fact that Candace was cheating on Shelden with Anna. Shelden who has till date not gone onto reveal what lead to his separation but there was no fightback from Parker when the ex-NBA player had asked for spousal support.

Old tweets of Anna being besotted by Candace Parker have surfaced on Twitter, ones which have led people to believe that the two were romantically involved while Parker was still married.

During each WNBA off-season, Candace played for UMMC Ekaterinburg of the Russian League, with her having met Anna during the same time. And messages on Twitter have now alluded towards both of them messing around while Candace was married with Williams said to have gotten whiff of what was going on behind his back as he filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.
Shelden Williams who had played college basketball at Duke University had also gone onto partake in the NBA. He and Candace looked to be happily married with the two even going onto purchase a 7,000 square-foot home in Encino, Los Angeles, for $3.56 million.
